The Director of Employment Standards issues written decisions called determinations. Contraventions listed below with the exact same ˜Employer Name˜ and the same ˜Date Issued˜ come from one determination. Multiple lines for the same employer will be displayed if there is more than one contravention per determination. The table below is a publication of individual contraventions and does not represent individual determinations or complaints.
